We had a such great stay with value for money and fantastic staff.
Wonderful staff and the place was clean. Enjoyed our room, it was cosy and had central heating, a work desk, and a cable television.

Fairly clean hotel, services were excellent and location was great and fab in the alley. Location: the venue was adjacent to the center of Cusco, and Calle Loreto. Went for dinner at Uchu Peruvian Steakhouse, located within 10 minutes walking distance. The room I stayed in was cool and huge with widows and the jetted tub, for instance. The vibe here was quiet. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The staff are extremely attentive and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, along with the comfortable beds and little heaters, make for a cozy and enjoyable experience. The breakfast selection, including cooked eggs and small pancakes, is a delightful start to the day.

The hotel was overall very nice, with a great location in the central square. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice bath/jacuzzi. The breakfast included eggs, pancakes, fresh bread, yogurt, and fruit. They also had an affordable laundry service.
